Shop With Us by Video Call and WhatsApp: How It Works
Not everyone can visit our showroom in person. You may live in another city, be abroad, or simply have a busy week. That is why Tibarumal & Sons Jewellers, Shaikpet offers consultations by WhatsApp and video call. Here is how it works.
Book a slot
Everything starts with a WhatsApp message to +91 88855 00805. Tell us:
- what you are looking for, such as a bridal set, a gift or a pair of earrings,
- the occasion and when you need the piece,
- a rough budget,
- and a convenient time for a video call, including your time zone if you are outside India.
We will confirm a time and prepare a selection of pieces that match what you described. If you have photos of designs you like, send them ahead so we can find similar pieces or discuss a custom design.
What you see on the call
On the video call, we show you each piece up close, just as we would in the showroom:
- front and back views, so you can see the craftsmanship,
- close-ups of stones, settings and finishes,
- the piece being worn or held, to give you a sense of size and scale,
- side-by-side comparisons when you are choosing between options.
Ask as many questions as you like. We will talk you through the metal, purity, weight, stones and price of every piece. Family members in different places can join the same call, which many of our customers find especially helpful for wedding shopping.
Certification and invoicing
Buying remotely should be just as transparent as buying in person. For any piece you are interested in, we will share:
- the gold purity and net weight,
- the BIS hallmark details and HUID for gold jewellery, which you can verify on the BIS Care app,
- details of any diamonds or gemstones,
- a clear, itemised invoice showing gold value, making charges, stone charges and GST.

Delivery, in India and abroad
Delivery options depend on where you are and what you are buying. Message us with your location and we will explain the options available to you, including timelines. If you, a family member or a friend will be in Hyderabad, you can also collect your piece from our Shaikpet showroom.
